Global Warming in Antarctica

We all know that the glaciers and ice caps and what-have-you are melting tin Antarctica. The temperature is constantly changing and it gets higher and higher every year. The Antarctic Peninsula has been argued over because when the Larsen B ice shelf started melting in 2002, it seemed that this was the first sign of global warming. Lastly, Antarctica is supposed to be cold with no plant life at all, correct? well get this. Due to the climate change instead of snowfall in Antarctica's summer periods it's actually raining and causing plant life to come in. I don't know about any one else but this is something that the world needs to be aware of and "Going Green" is more than recycling. Humankind should stop robbing the Earth so much of it's raw material. we're taking entirely too much.

  1. These facts are great! i didn't know that the climate changed and that it now rains in Antarctica. This is interesting. I like how now plants are growing. It is about going "GREEN" now.

  2. Great information. Global warming is affecting our world each and everyday. We need to be more careful about our planet. I didn't know that Antarctica's climate was constantly changing.
