Africa To Suffer
Africa is going to be the most vulnerable to "Climate Change" because the ecosystem's pressures can't handle the change. It's also hard for the low capacity to adapt. It's said by 2020 water will increasingly shorten. As for Agriculture and fisheries, resources are to decrease and this will lead to even more malnutrition.

This is horrifying news. As a third world country, it's devasting to hear that change will happen for the worst. There's so much poverty. It's going to be really hard if this occurs.
